Much has been said about the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids. Not enough has been said about where to get them. This post fixes that.<\/p>\n

Little by little industrial food production methods have stripped omega-3 fats from our foods. With their role in health becoming more evident people are demanding them and the food industry is scrambling to meet the demand.<\/p>\n
